Equity Is Swell

Every once in a while you get real lucky. Law School Professor Henry Smith, at Harvard Law School, is a brilliant scholar and (happily and luckily) a friend of mine. He has granted me permission to post his Equity Syllabus on Equity is Swell. If you look closely, you will find some of the leading law review articles in the country on a variety of equitable topics. I commend this syllabus to any interested reader and I can tell you (having read more or less all the articles in his course) that this gives you a broad deep rich background into a variety of topics that come up in the real world.
